How is it working?
1. Hotel website
Booking a transfer button is integrated into hotel
website and goes to the order module webpage. Guest stays on the hotel website without being redirected
4. Orders' management
On personal account hotel manager may also make a booking
for the guests, cancel a transfer or change the details. Branded confirmation with hotel logo, made on the
personal account, is automatically sent to hotel address
2. Transfer booking
Guest chooses the destinations while the hotel address is
shown as the first option, then vehicle type according to the fleet, provided by your partner, and fills
in the info about passengers
5. Statistics and reporting
Orders' statistics is shown in hotel personal account.
You can get access either via transportation company website or iTransfers website. Commission after the
reporting period will be paid by your transportation partner according to the agent agreement that you
have between your companies
3. Confirmation and payment
After confirming the order's details, guest pays by card
and may print his voucher. System sends text message with confirmation and copy of a voucher to email
6. Free widget integration
Widget is implemented to the hotel website for free.
iTransfers services are paid separately according to the chosen rate by transportation company
